Refund policy
Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our royal guarantee. If something isn't right, we will make it right. No questions, no hassle.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In their original condition — unused and in original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
- Perishable items such as pet food or treats (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been clearly used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Step 1 — Email us at support@royalpawhouse.com with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2 — We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Step 3 — Ship the item back to the address provided
- Step 4 — Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact us and we will process your exchange once the original item is returned.
