Shipping policy
Every Royal Paw House order is packed with care and dispatched promptly. Here is everything you need to know about how your order travels from us to your royal household.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. This is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Typical delivery times are 10–21 business days for international orders.
Please note: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or through the tracking link in your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@royalpawhouse.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure your order is resolved — either through a replacement shipment or a full refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Royal Paw House is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
